Renovation requirements:
- Quality: floor surfacing, soft furnishings, furniture... 
- Aesthetic: furniture and overall style colour harmonies
- Comfort : home appliances and sanitary equipment
- Security : electricity, bunk beds...

Advantages : 
- A grant is given by the Saint Martin de Belleville municipality

and the ski lifts companies (SEVABEL and SETAM)

according to the surface area of your apartment.

(180 € /m² for the first 20 m² and 90 € / extra m²

example 3 960 € for a 24 m² apartment).

- Automatic certification
- If the property is put on sale (or other situation),

possibility to exit the system, repaying the grants (pro rata temporis).

Commitments :
- Respect of the bill of specifications
- Entrust your property to an estate agency for rental, for 9 years.

Realisation of the work :
After a viewing and the setting up of the bill of specifications, two possibilities :
- Work carried out by the landlord

- Work carried out by La Maison des Alpages
